Ordering Information

Patterns:	Our patterns are available as PDF Files or Paper Copies. PDF Files require Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher to read! Paper Copies are for US delivery only.
Payments:	You can pay for your order through Paypal or by Check or Money Order. PLEASE do not send cash!! Please review your order and make sure your payment amount is correct! We do not provide "change" for over-payments as it requires additional costs for us!
Paying with Paypal:	Orders for PDF patterns through Paypal will be sent to your e-mail address in Paypal!! PLEASE verify your Paypal E-mail Address before ordering!! Orders for Paper patterns through Paypal will be sent to the address provided by Paypal!! PLEASE ensure that your address is correct before ordering! To order through Paypal, use the Add to Cart buttons for the product(s) you desire. Use the View Cart button to verify your purchase. Check Out, via the Paypal Cart options, through Paypal.
Paying with Check/Money Order:	Checks or Money Orders must be made out to: Mary Zoellner (check the spelling please!) To Order PDF or Paper files use this Order Form. Print the form and complete it, selecting your desired product(s). Then send the form, with your payment, to the address noted on the form. Your order should be filled within 5 business days of payment receipt and mailed to you, if Paper Copy, or emailed to you, if PDF files. When purchasing PDF files through the mail, PLEASE include your E-mail address!
PDF Files:	PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above to read!! (Acrobat Reader is free from the Adobe website!) For PDF files, you will receive an e-mail with the URL (webpage location) for each PDF pattern that you order. The URLs are only be available for 48 hours. If you are unable to retrieve the PDF files in that timeframe, E-mail us at mountainharmonycrafts@yahoo.com so we can re-send the email & URL information to you. You can also click on the Link provided in the Download Email, it will send a request to us. If you purchase through Paypal, you will likely receive one email with all the URLs for your purchase. If you purchase through US Mail, you will receive an email for EACH file you purchase. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you SAVE & PRINT your PDF files to your C: drive, AND also keep a BACKUP COPY of them. If you lose the file due to computer problems, we are not liable to replace them for free!
